Our vision and mission

Site organisation

– Material storage and waste management.

We keep everything of material storage and waste apart of our construction site in ‘good order’
and every place of work is clean. Our objective is to achieve what is usually called a good standard
of ‘housekeeping’ across our sites.

In addition, we plan, manage and monitor our work so it is carried safely and without risks to health.
On all our projects the arrangements for material storage should be discussed and agreed
between Larush Projects and the project client. Lager modifiable projects should have
arrangements for materials storages include in the construction phase plan.

Site and Work organisation

– Administration

Each morning on a project we do Safety Analysis. Once a week the Project Manager is giving a Health and Safety Session on Toolboxes and Accessories.

Work Organisation

– Worker Safety

Each worker is equipped with full PPE, such as hard hats, Ear plugs, Safety vest, overall clothing, Glasses, Safety boots. Each worker is required to work each day with full PPE and if not, they will be send back to rooms and we arrange meetings so that if it happens they will sit in with a health and safety learning session. As we always do on the first few days on a new project we all sit in for a learning session on Safety. We also assist that everyone knows about fire and regulations on each project.
